A comprehensive home maintenance package is tailored to client preference, the specific needs of the property and local seasonal requirements. We monitor and execute standard home maintenance, garden upgrades and maintenance, pool cleaning and seasonal closing. Cleaning and holiday changeovers can also be included in the package.
Contracts are negotiated on an annual basis and includes site reports including photographs after each visit. The property will be checked after particularly adverse weather conditions as soon as it is safe to do so. We aim to offer the client peace of mind as if they have a trusted family friend or neighbour looking after their interests.
We also offer tailor made security and alarm systems for additional peace of mind when you are not here.
